Answer the call
It picks up the calls you send to it and talks with the caller in plain language, so a person looking for a mover reaches your company instead of a voicemail box.
How it worksEarly access. Not yet generally available.
It answers inbound calls, collects the details your estimators need and passes each lead to your team with a written summary. It answers questions from what you teach it about your company, and it says so when it doesn't know.
Estimate details
Summary sent to the estimating team
Moving Agent AI is built for the calls your office can't always get to: after hours, at lunch, and when every line is busy.
It picks up the calls you send to it and talks with the caller in plain language, so a person looking for a mover reaches your company instead of a voicemail box.
How it worksMove date, both addresses, stairs and elevators, home size, the piano in the basement. It asks what an estimator would ask, in an order callers can follow.
What it asksEach call ends with a summary your team can act on: who called, what they need, what's still open, and whether they agreed to a callback.
Lead handlingCompany brain
You give Moving Agent AI the facts about your company: where you work, how you price, your deposit and cancellation rules, and the questions callers ask most. That set of facts is its company brain.
When a caller asks something the brain doesn't cover, it doesn't guess. It tells the caller someone will follow up, and it flags the question for your team.
Read about the company brainThe details that change crew size, truck size and time on the job.
