Company brain
It knows what you teach it, and it admits what it doesn't
The company brain is the set of facts Moving Agent AI uses to answer callers: your service area, pricing rules, policies and answers to common questions. It answers from that and passes everything else to your team.
-
Service area
The cities, counties and ZIP codes you serve, how far you'll travel for a local job, and whether you take long-distance or interstate moves.
Lets it tell a caller right away whether you cover their move, and flag the edge cases for a person to decide.
-
Pricing rules
How you price local and long-distance jobs, any minimums, what adds cost, and when a price needs an in-home or video survey.
You choose how much it says. It can explain how you price without naming numbers, or say nothing about price and leave it to your estimators.
-
Policies
Deposits, cancellations and rescheduling, payment methods, protection options, and items you won't move.
Callers ask about these before they trust a mover. Consistent answers save your office from repeating them all day.
-
FAQs
Your answers to the questions you hear every week: whether crews take apart furniture, how you protect floors, whether you move on weekends.
Written in your words, so callers hear the answers your best office staff would give.
How it answers
When a caller asks a question, Moving Agent AI looks for the answer in your company brain and gives it in plain language. It is built to stay inside what you've taught it. It won't promise a price you haven't approved, commit to a date your team hasn't confirmed, or invent a policy to fill a gap.
What happens when it doesn't know
No set of notes covers every call. When a question falls outside the company brain, it:
- tells the caller it doesn't have that answer and that someone from your team will follow up;
- keeps gathering the estimate details, so the call still produces a usable lead;
- adds the question to the call summary so your team sees exactly what to answer.
Over time, those open questions show you what to add. Each answer you add is one fewer callback your office has to make.
What to leave out
Keep the company brain to facts a caller should hear. Leave out employee details, internal margins and anything you would not want read aloud on a recorded line.
Early-access companies help shape how the company brain is set up and updated. If you have a price sheet, a policy page or an FAQ document today, that is a good place to start.
