Lead handling
Every call ends with a lead your team can act on
Moving Agent AI is built to sort callers by your rules, take calls when the office is closed, and hand each lead to
your team with a summary that answers the first questions before anyone picks up the phone.
Qualification
It checks each caller against the rules you set:
- Is the move inside your service area?
- Is it a type of move you take, such as local, long-distance, apartment or office?
- Does the date fall in a window you can work with?
- Are there items you don't move?
A caller who doesn't fit still gets a polite, clear answer. It doesn't turn people away on its own unless you've
told it to. Edge cases go to your team marked as such.
After-hours calls
People plan moves in the evening and on weekends. When the office is closed, Moving Agent AI can take the call,
answer questions from the company brain and gather the estimate details.
It tells the caller when to expect a reply based on the office hours you give it, and it doesn't promise a
callback time your team can't keep.
Guide: handling after-hours calls
Handoff to your team
When a call ends, the lead goes to your team. You decide what gets flagged for fast follow-up, for example a move
inside the next week, a commercial job or a caller who asked for a manager.
Questions it couldn't answer travel with the lead, so whoever calls back knows what the caller is still waiting
to hear.
Call summaries
Each summary is built to cover:
- caller name and how to reach them;
- whether they agreed to a call or text back;
- the estimate details gathered, and the ones still missing;
- questions it answered, and questions left for your team;
- any flags you've set, such as a tight move date.
Why the summary matters
A lead is only as useful as what your team knows when they call back. "Someone called about a move" means
starting over. A summary with the date, both addresses, three flights of stairs and an upright piano means your
estimator can open the conversation with a plan.
Your software
Moving companies track leads in many ways, from moving-specific software to a shared inbox. We haven't
announced integrations. Tell us what you use when you join early access, and we'll talk through how leads would
reach your team.
