What is Moving Agent AI?
Moving Agent AI is an AI call handler for moving companies. It answers inbound calls, gathers the details an estimator needs, and hands each lead to your team with a written summary. It answers questions from a company brain: the service area, pricing rules, policies and FAQs you give it.
Can I use it today?
Not yet. Moving Agent AI is in early access and is not generally available. You can request early access, and we will contact you when there is room for your company.
How much does it cost?
There is no public pricing yet. We will discuss pricing with early-access companies directly.
Does it replace my office staff?
It is built to take the calls your team can't get to and the repetitive first questions on every call. Your team still prices jobs, books moves, and handles anything unusual. Calls that need a person reach a person, with the details already written down.
Will it quote prices to callers?
Only within the pricing rules you set. You can let it explain how you price, share approved figures, or say nothing about price and leave every number to your estimators.
What happens when a caller asks something it doesn't know?
It tells the caller it doesn't have that answer and that your team will follow up. It does not guess. The question goes into the call summary so your team knows what to answer.
What details does it collect on an estimate call?
Move date and how flexible it is, both addresses, access at each end (stairs, elevators, long carries and parking), home size, large or specialty items, packing, storage, contact details, and permission to call or text back.
Does it work with my CRM or moving software?
We have not announced any integrations. When you request early access, tell us what you use, even if it is a spreadsheet, and we will talk through how leads would reach your team.
How do calls reach it?
You choose which calls it answers, such as calls after hours or calls that would otherwise go unanswered. We will work through phone setup with each early-access company.
Are calls recorded?
If your calls are recorded, recording laws apply. Federal law and most states allow recording with one party's consent, but several states require everyone on the call to agree.
Is Moving Agent AI a moving company or a lead seller?
Neither. It does not move anyone's belongings and it does not sell leads. It answers calls that come to your own company and hands them to your own team.
