Some companies want help only after the office closes. Others want a backup for when every line is busy, or for calls during the morning crew dispatch. Moving Agent AI is built to take the calls you send it and leave the rest with your team. We will cover phone setup with each early-access company.

Callers ask whether you serve their town, whether you move pianos, or how deposits work. It answers from the company brain. If the answer isn't there, it tells the caller a person will follow up instead of making something up.

It gathers the estimate details
For a caller who wants an estimate, it works through the details that shape the job: the move date and how firm it is, both addresses, stairs, elevators and parking, the size of the home, large or unusual items, and whether they want packing or storage. It asks for permission before your team calls or texts them back.

Your team gets the lead
When the call ends, it writes a summary: who called, what they need, what they asked that it couldn't answer, and anything you've told it to flag, such as a move date inside the next week. Your team picks it up from there.
